Essential Oils

Essential oils have different properties that are conferred by the molecules they contain. Yes, you read correctly, molecules, as in drugs … and in everything around us, to tell the truth! These molecules are naturally present in plants and are therefore found in their essential oil. When we think of stress, we think of essential oils that have properties like:
Soothing, Calming, Relaxing, Sedative, Anti-anxiety, etc.
Many essential oils have these properties. Among the best known, we find:
True lavender / officinal lavender;
Sweet orange;
• Mandarin;
• Bergamot;
• Marjoram with shells;
• Roman chamomile;
• Melissa;
• Ylang ylang;
• Rose ;
• Neroli (orange blossom).

All these essential oils have the property of calming, soothing, relaxing and even helping to sleep to different degrees. Of course, this list is not exhaustive, there are other HE that have these properties.
They are used in massage, in a bath, in diffusion, in vaporization and even for inhalation. You can use more than one of these methods in the same day (eg, take an evening HE bath and then broadcast HEs to your room, or a bath and a massage). We will see below how to use them concretely.
You can use them alone or make a mixture of 2 (or more) essential oils. Using the oils mentioned above, I suggest the formulas (also called synergies or complex) following. But nothing prevents you from making your own formulas by creating a mix of your own. By using the essential oils from the list above, your blend will certainly be soothing, relaxing and possibly sedative.
